cheeseburgers. I also had a good salad. Vegetables can be hard to come by, so I try to capitalize when I can. This message came in two parts because I'm texting it in.

Hi, Andrew! We’ve been following your journey with great interest. I know it’s challenging, but keep it up! You set out to do a remarkable thing, and you can do it. My 12 year old grandson and his father did the entire Transamerica Trail from Yorktown, VA to Astoria Oregon in the summer of 2008. Fortunately, they had logistical support from my daughter and granddaughter, who traveled the same trail in a car, They looked for camping sites, did laundry, bought food, etc. It appears to me that you’ll probably be on the Transamerica Trail when you get to Pueblo, CO. On the Transamerica Trail they often met with other riders, and that was interesting, to share stories & info. Saw your Mom this AM and Evan, and Evan is helping me try to get on line to send this to you. Mary DeLaine joins me in wising you well. You’re re-defining the word, STAMINA! We’re proud of you. James Allcock

I am Andy French. This summer I am cycling across the country. On Wednesday, May 19, I fly to San Francisco, California. I will return some time after that. This blog will be a record of the trip that people can look at. However, I am not sure how regularly I will be able to update it.
